We understand the importance of a quick resolution. When lodging a warranty claim you can expect a response from our team within 96 hours. Our aim is to address your concerns as swiftly as possible and minimise any inconvenience caused.
Repair work will be carried out by our trained staff or an authorised SWAG representative.
For products sourced through a 3rd party supplier / company such as fridges, hot water units, TV’s, batteries, etc, please refer to the individual product warranty provided by the manufacturer.
For SCT Off-Road Products, including SCT shocks, SCT Solar Blankets and SCT Fridges, a 12 month ‘Back to Base’ Warranty is provided. This means that, in the event of an issue, customers are required to return the item to their nearest dealership or place of purchase for inspection prior to any warranty being offered. It is important to note that transport, freight, travel or postage and handling costs related to these products are not covered by SWAG.
